Design Meaningful Food Journeys
GastroTripCraft is about how to transform food into a trip. In a methodical way, the guide goes through all the steps to create a route, how to choose places, how to relate food with the history, the context, the ambiance to make a trip look structured and not random.

From Idea To Route
The guide is very straightforward and methodical. It walks the reader through all the steps that go from the idea to the actual structured gastronomic route. It talks about the flow of the day, how to work with each local business and the emotional flow that the trip should have.
